2. Do you keep products in stock?

No, we are a dropshipping-based store. This means we partner with trusted suppliers who ship products directly to our customers. This allows us to offer a wide range of products without keeping physical stock, ensuring lower costs and more variety for you.

3. Where are you located?

We are based in India but serve international customers, including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and more. Our suppliers are located worldwide, allowing us to ship products globally.

4. How long does shipping take?

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • UK & Europe: 8–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • India & Asia: 5–12 business days

📦 Shipping times may vary depending on the product and location. You will receive tracking details once your order is processed.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on selected products. For other items, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

6. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website’s “Track My Order” page or directly through the courier’s site.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

10. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, our suppliers begin processing your order, and we may not be able to make changes.
